Speedo Express is a Delhi-NCR goods-delivery business. We designed and built the operational platform that runs it — one product serving customers booking deliveries, drivers accepting jobs, fleet managers assigning vehicles, and admins overseeing the whole network.

A live logistics business needs a booking lifecycle that never loses state, pricing that's consistent to the paisa, and dispatch that routes the right vehicle — all on infrastructure that stays affordable at scale.
What we built
We designed a rigorous booking state machine, a single-source-of-truth pricing engine, and a real-time dispatch flow, backed by Supabase (Postgres, RLS, Realtime, Storage) and a fully OpenStreetMap-based map and routing stack to avoid per-call mapping fees.
