1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website (anvayalabs.in) and utilizing our design and development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you must not access the site or request our services.
2. Service Engagements
Each service engagement is governed by a distinct written, fixed-scope statement of work (SOW) signed by both parties. The SOW will detail the exact specifications, pricing, timelines, and deliverables of the build.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a signed SOW, all custom code, assets, database layouts, and designs created for a specific project will be transferred fully to the client upon successful receipt of final payments. The studio retains the right to reuse standard library utilities, design patterns, and basic boilerplate structures.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed and construed in accordance with local regulations, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions must be initiated in courts of competent jurisdiction.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall anvaya labs be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or code once transferred.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will publish the updated terms on our website and update the "Last Updated" date.
