SpeedoComm is the internal operations tool that keeps the team aligned — structured channels, direct messaging, and task assignment with a clear permission hierarchy, kept entirely separate from the customer-facing product.
The challenge
Operations teams need to coordinate in real time with clear accountability — who can do what, who said what, and what's been done — without the noise and cost of stitching together generic chat tools.
What we built
We built a workspace monorepo with an Express + Prisma + Socket.io backend and a Next.js frontend, sharing a typed Zod contract. A three-tier role model (super-admin, lead, member) governs a permission matrix, with audit logging on sensitive actions.
