Qlaa is a direct-to-consumer marketplace that lets independent artists take bookings without a traditional agency — discovery, booking, payment, and conversation in one place, deployed to a custom domain.

A marketplace only works if both sides trust it: artists need smooth onboarding and reliable payouts, clients need secure payment and a way to talk before booking. Transactions and identity had to be airtight.
What we built
We built a full-stack app on Firebase with Google OAuth, a multi-step artist onboarding flow, real-time chat over WebSockets, reviews and ratings, and a Razorpay payment pipeline made reliable with webhook reconciliation — all shipped through CI/CD.
